We have moved across the street! Our new address is 109 E Division St, Shawano. We are on the North East corner of Main and Division St. We have the red door that opens to Division St. As we fire up the grills and hit the lakes, don’t forget to give your insurance a check-up too! I’m here to make sure your summer fun is protected—from your jet skis to your car when you hit the open road. Let’s make it a season to remember (for all the right reasons).

Welcome to the Office of Idell Johnston, State Farm Agent in Shawano, WI. My talented team (and family) have served the Shawano community since 2011.

Whether you want to help protect your new or used vehicle with State Farm’s Auto Insurance or watch out for your two- or three-wheeled ride with Motorcycle Insurance, we're here to lend a hand. If you have a furry family, we also offer State Farm's Pet Insurance to help keep them going strong. Our Home Insurance is also available if you need to look after your haven and belongings. We prioritize clear communication and seamless interactions with customers, so expect straightforward answers to your questions. When you work with us, you'll also experience professionalism, care, and dedication to putting your needs first. Our reach extends across Wisconsin, including to Shawano, Menominee, Langlade, Oconto & Waupaca counties. The office is pet-friendly, so consider bringing your four-legged companions when you visit. Discover how we treat new and existing customers like treasured Good Neighbors.

Some background on me: Originally from Fresno, Ca, my family and I moved to Shawano in 2007, and we're delighted we made that decision. My husband, Michael, works with me at the office and is the Shawano's Toys for Tots program coordinator. I’ve had the honor of serving on the Shawano Dollars for Scholars board and was the first Big Sister matched in the Shawano chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters when it was founded in 2014. Both of us are active in the Rotary International Youth Exchange program, the Red River Riders, Shawano Optimists, and the Shawano Business Improvement District. I have also been a member of 100 Women who care since it was founded in Shawano County. Michael and I were named as the "Distinguished Citizens of the Year" by the Shawano Chamber of Commerce in 2021 because of our involvement in the community.

Our passion for this community also involves our two sons, who graduated from Shawano High School and attended college in Wisconsin. I’m now a grandmother of two lovely grandchildren who attend Shawano schools. My eldest son, Grant, works in the office, and is the voice you hear when you call in, you can say serving Good Neighbors is a family affair for us! I look forward to meeting you soon and learning how you stay connected to this wonderful community.
